1. Paddle handles transactions and refunds
AudSite purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle charges your payment method, issues the receipt, handles applicable transaction taxes and makes decisions about transaction refunds under the Paddle Refund Policy and applicable law. This AudSite summary does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.
2. General position
Unless applicable law or Paddle’s policy requires otherwise, completed transactions are generally non-refundable. Paddle may grant a discretionary full or partial refund after considering the request, the nature of the service and the extent to which it has been used.
3. UK, EU, EEA and Swiss consumers
Consumers in these locations generally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from certain digital-content and service purchases. For subscriptions, this generally applies to the first payment rather than ordinary monthly renewal payments. The right may cease once digital content or a service has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right will be lost. Mandatory rights for faulty, misdescribed or inaccessible services continue to apply.
4. Five-report packs
A five-report pack provides five credits that are used when you ask AudSite to run an audit. If you request immediate performance during a statutory withdrawal period, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect on your withdrawal right. If no credits have been used, or a report cannot be supplied because of a material technical defect, contact us and Paddle promptly.
5. Agency subscriptions
You can cancel an Agency subscription at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. It prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current period. Refund eligibility for the first payment or a defective service is determined under Paddle’s policy and applicable law.
6. Technical problems
If a persistent technical problem prevents you from receiving the report or materially accessing the service as described, contact AudSite first through our contact page so we can investigate. If we cannot resolve it, request a refund through Paddle and include the relevant details and our response.
7. How to request a refund
Use the “View receipt”, “Manage subscription” or support link in Paddle’s transaction email, or visit paddle.net and choose the refund-support option. Paddle normally returns an approved refund to the original payment method where possible. Do not send card details to AudSite.
8. Fraud, abuse and chargebacks
Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or manipulative behaviour. Paddle recommends contacting its support service before raising a chargeback. Access to the affected report or subscription may be suspended during a payment dispute.
9. Effect of a refund
If a transaction is refunded, access associated with that purchase may end and unused report credits may be removed. A refunded Agency subscription may be cancelled or adjusted accordingly.
10. Local rights
Different withdrawal periods and protections may apply depending on your country. The current Paddle Refund Policy and mandatory local consumer law take priority if they provide greater rights or conflict with this summary.
