Everything you need to know about purchasing, running and sharing an AudSite website audit.

Reports and website scans

What does an AudSite report include?

Every report covers site analysis, SEO, performance, usability, accessibility, and security and privacy. It turns the findings into prioritised, practical recommendations and includes both an online report and a downloadable PDF.

How do I run my first audit?

Create a free AudSite account first. Your account includes one complete website audit with no payment details required. Once signed in, enter the public domain you are authorised to audit.

Can I audit any website?

You may audit a public website that you own, manage or have permission to assess. Local addresses, private network addresses and inaccessible websites are blocked. AudSite is not a penetration-testing service.

Is the accessibility audit a WCAG certification?

No. AudSite checks useful signals against WCAG 2.2 AA principles, but automated checks cannot establish full conformance. The report supports a professional manual review; it is not a legal opinion or formal accessibility certification.

Will an audit affect the website?

AudSite reads publicly available pages and technical signals. It does not edit the website. Scans should still be run only where you have permission.

Can I view and download completed reports?

Yes. Completed audits appear under Recent reports in your account, with links to view the web report and download its PDF.

Plans, accounts and billing

What is included with the £9 report pack?

The £9 one-time purchase adds five website-audit credits to your existing signed-in account. These are separate from the free audit included when you register.

What is included with the Agency plan?

The Agency plan is currently £27.90 per month in the UK and includes up to 20 reports per billing period, report history, team access and client-facing branding controls.

Do I need to pay before creating an account?

No. Account creation comes first and includes one free audit. If you later buy the five-report pack or Agency plan, Paddle attaches the purchase directly to your signed-in account.

Who processes payments?

Paddle is AudSite’s merchant of record and handles checkout, payment methods, transaction taxes, receipts and payment-related support. AudSite does not store your full card details.

Can I cancel the Agency plan?

Yes. You can cancel from Account settings. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period, and you will not be charged for the following period.

Can I delete my account?

Agency customers must cancel their subscription before deleting the account. Account deletion removes access to reports, branding and team information and should be treated as permanent.

How do refunds work?

Refund eligibility depends on Paddle’s policy, applicable consumer law and whether the digital service has already been supplied. See the AudSite Refund Policy for details and request routes.

Agency branding and teams

Can reports use my agency branding?

Yes. Agency customers can upload a logo, choose brand colours and fonts, enter their full business address and select whether the logo appears on the left or right of the report header. The address is aligned on the opposite side.

Does branding apply to the PDF?

Yes. Saved agency branding is applied to generated client-ready PDFs, including the logo, address, typography, primary colour and header arrangement.

Can colleagues access the agency account?

The Team area allows colleagues to be invited with roles such as member, administrator or viewer. The current Agency plan interface supports up to five team members.

Accuracy, privacy and support

Are report findings guaranteed to be complete?

No automated audit can find every problem. Results reflect the pages and public signals available during the scan and should be checked by a web professional before being relied upon or sent to a client.

Does AudSite use AI?

AudSite combines collected website signals with AI-assisted analysis to turn technical findings into readable recommendations. Do not submit confidential information in a website address.

What information does AudSite store?

AudSite stores the information needed to operate accounts, reports, agency branding and purchase entitlements. Paddle separately handles payment information. Read the Privacy Policy for the full explanation.
